LiveWire returns to the Anza club for another fabulous DJ night, with fusion music to your heart's content. 

Beginners (and observers) are always welcome! No partner required, and make sure you come for the beginner lesson at 7:30.

The Anza is a 19+ venue with beer and a nice wooden dance floor and comfy booths to sit in.

7:00 PM: Doors are open!
7:30 - 8:30: Dance Practica hosted by Michael Bean
7:30 - 8:30: First-Timer Beginner lesson by Bex Winnick
8:30 - 11:00: Dance! DJs TBA.

The evening will start with a dance practica. During the practica we circle up and share our names, some stretches, and any dance intentions we have for the evening. Then the floor will open for dancers of all levels to mingle, practice, and share moves and concepts that they’re working on.

During the practica, Bex will take aside a small group of the first-time fusion dancers and introduce you to the basics!

Extra money we bring in will be used to hire more inspiring musicians for future events, and to help pay the various musicians, DJs and organizers.

LiveWire is a monthly event that aims to bring in live music acts as often as possible. The better attendance we get on our DJ nights, the more money we can save up to hire a band for next time!
